Do you accept Trial merchants?
Yes, we have processing options for trial continuity merchants. Please contact us for specific details.

Do you accept businesses outside of the United States?
Yes, we accept merchants located in the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.

What shopping carts does Helios Payments work with?
We have relationships with many banks and can support most payment gateways and shopping carts. Contact us if you would like to find out if your specific shopping cart or payment gateway is compatible with our solutions.

What is the application process with Helios Payments?
Our application process begins with a short form. An agent will contact you within 1 business day to discuss your business and requirements. Your agent will recommend a bank, point of sale terminal or payment gateway and send you a pre-application to complete and a list of documents that will be requested by the Underwriting Department. We'll send you a completed application for your review and signature. Once your application package is submitted, the undewriting and approval process takes 1-4 weeks to complete. After approval, your agent will be your main point of contact.

Do you accept CBD (Cannabidiol) merchants?
Yes! We do accept CBD. We have a number of domestic and international processing options for e-commerce and retail CBD merchants.

Does Helios Payments have Point of Sale (POS) terminals?
Yes, we have Point of Sale terminals. Please see our Clover Point of Sale System page for details about the Clover Point of Sale System. If you have an existing POS, in most cases, we can integrate your new payments processing account into your existing POS.
